Get fit for free this summer through the Walk Midland program!

Northwood University invites you to walk our charming campus on Tuesdays at noon from June 6th to August 8th (not meeting on July 4th).

Park at the Doan Welcome Center near the corner of Main Street and University Drive. From there you can walk a designated route around the Northwood campus. Download the walking map here: https://bit.ly/NU-WalkMidland

You will fill out a brief registration form at the start of each walk. At the end of the walk you will be entered into a drawing with the City of Midland for a grand prize!
